Class is designed for those who need help unlock­ing the mys­ter­ies of the dig­i­tal cam­era, from com­pacts to dSLRs. Expo­sure basics, com­po­si­tion, down­load­ing images & edit­ing images are cam­eras explained through demos and hands-on assign­ments. Bring your dig­i­tal cam­era, w/charged bat­tery, cables & instruc­tion book (if you have one) to first class. We’re tak­ing pic­tures the first night!

Adobe Pho­to­shop for Beginners:

Learn the basics of Adobe Photoshop’s most pop­u­lar photo-editing pro­gram. You’ll learn how to enhance, retouch, hand-color, cre­ate spe­cial effects, com­bine pho­tos and many other use­ful tech­niques. Class meets in the schools com­puter lab for hands-on train­ing.

Pre­req­ui­site: Pro­fi­cient com­puter skills.

There’s plenty of free park­ing on cam­pus, to access the park­ing lot enter @Durant x Moreno Drive (stop light).
